- Sometime in the early-to-mid 1900s there were two quarreling Mennonite congregations who disagreed about the acquisition of a pipe organ.
- The feud resulted in one congregation breaking into the other church, and then tossing it down an embankment... hence the Organized Crime Winery name.

We are open for retail purchases, wine flights ($15 - $20), and wines by the glass ($12-$15). Walk-ins welcome, but we recommend making a reservation. :)

Beamsville Bench VQA
A rich and juicy Cabernet from the 2019 vintage, where the grapes slowly ripened well into November. Black cherry and red currant fruit compliment the sweet oak spice from 18 months aging in oak, of which 22% was new. One third of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were dried in the traditional appassimento method to add further depth, texture and complexity. With its smooth tannins and bright acidity this wine will pair well with summer BBQ and braised meats as cooler weather sets in.
