Our Sacrilege series are wines that live somewhere in between the margins of traditional red and white winemaking. V.2023: A light red? A very dark rose? Call it what you like. It’s a fruit forward, juicy, drinkable wine somewhat akin to a Gamay. However, no Gamay was harmed in the making of this wine. Made from traditional and gently pressed whole cluster carbonic components, this blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon marry together in this succulent thirst-quenching red.
