This special Cuvée is made in honour and memory of Krystyna Tarasewicz, our co-founder of The Organized Crime Winery. Our third vintage of this wine represents the best of Beamsville Bench chardonnay. Our best fruit, handpicked, gently whole-bunch pressed and allowed to ferment naturally with ambient yeast. The result: a complex, layered and balanced wine with notes of orchard fruit, citrus and barrel spice. The distinctive finish is all Beamsville Bench acidity and minerality, defying the hot vintage and showing a real sense of place.
