Courier Deliveries

If courier service is available in your area, we’ll ship your order using one of our trusted local partners. If you have special instructions—such as delivery to a concierge or business address—please include these details in the Delivery Instructions box during checkout. This helps us ensure prompt and secure delivery.

Canada Post Deliveries

In regions where courier service isn’t available, we’ll ship via Canada Post when weather and service conditions allow.
Please note: deliveries outside Ontario may experience delays due to weather or limited service availability.

Free Delivery in Ontario

All orders $200 or more within Ontario qualify for free shipping, whether by courier or Canada Post.
For all other provinces, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply—see rates below.

Weather Delays

To protect the quality of your wine, we may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold. If you’re concerned about a potential delay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Call us directly at 905-563-9802.

Not Home for Delivery?

If using Canada Post, delivery will be attempted at your door. If no one is home, your package will be sent to your local post office for pickup (within 10 business days). You’ll receive a notification card if a delivery attempt was made.
If this service does not occur as expected, please let us know right away.

Prefer a courier instead? We can arrange that. Just note we’re unable to guarantee a specific delivery day or time. If you’re home most days, this might be the better option.

Winery Pickup

Can’t be home for delivery? No problem—our winery is open seven days a week from 10 am to 5 pm. Simply select ‘Pick Up at the Winery’ at checkout instead of shipping.

For larger orders, please contact us directly for a custom quote. Shipping timelines vary by region—please allow at least one business day of travel per province (from Ontario), excluding the order date.
