Organized Crime Winery – Purchase & Delivery Guidelines

To place an order with us, you must be 19 years of age or older, and prepared to show valid government-issued ID as proof of legal drinking age.

We work with trusted third-party couriers and Canada Post to ensure your wine arrives safely. For most Ontario addresses, delivery is typically completed within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed.

Unless you request a specific method, Organized Crime Winery reserves the right to determine the most efficient delivery option based on your location.

When wine is delivered to your home or workplace, someone of legal drinking age must be available to receive and sign for the package. Our couriers are instructed not to release wine to individuals who appear intoxicated.

Shipping fees apply to Ontario addresses only, unless otherwise noted. If you are outside the province and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly for rates and options.

All wines are offered subject to availability, and pricing includes all applicable taxes and delivery charges where indicated.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. You can return the wine to the winery for a full refund or exchange—that’s part of our Taste Trust Guarantee. We want you to love every bottle you bring home.
